Why is my payment plan purchase on Shopify being declined?

Good Morning,
I have been trying to buy a shopify payement plan as my trial is ending soon and i entered my credit card information multiple times and even rechecked the information before entering it. A message pops up saying "Your card couldn’t be verified because it was declined. Try adding another card". I contacted my bank to see if i had any problems with the card but i had no problem. i had sufficient funds and it was open to online transaction and all the requirements were fulfilled that shopify said. As it didnt work i tried 2 other credit cards which were eligible and still the same error popped up. Can i please get some help with this issue as i want to continue my website on shopify.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are having with getting your payment plan chosen for your store. Have you contacted our authenticated support channels for help with this? Our support through the community is not able to verify your merchant account and won't be able to review your payment options or why your credit card is not being accepted. 

 

To access our authenticated support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Next, you will want to follow the on screen prompts to sign in, choose your topic and issue and at the bottom of the help articles provided will be all available live support options. Our support team would be happy to further investigate this with you.

yes i did contact support and they said that they will email me the solution but i still havent recieved any emails from them. my trial has ended and i want to buy a plan but i cant.
