Why is my payment still on hold despite providing required business details?

ive had this error message on my account for a few months now, ive filled it out multiple times with the infomation its asking for but it still wont go away i dont know what else to do.

 

 
"Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold

Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold because additional details about your business are required. Your customers can still checkout while your payouts are on hold."

With this kind of problem, the best way is to get in touch with the Support team directly to have them check it for you.

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, "submit information " and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you'll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
