Why is my payment still pending after several days?

I have a problem, I have not been paid anything for several days, it says pending, but I have every working day set, but there is no payment day written, nothing.

I understand that you're experiencing a delay with your payouts. Rest assured I'd be happy to help with this.


Typically, transactions marked as Pending indicate sales that have been made but haven't been transferred to your bank account through a Shopify Payments Payout yet. 


Can you check what your payout schedule is? Could it be set to monthly by any chance? To check your payout schedule, navigate to Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments 'Manage' and review the Payout schedule section.


I'd also suggest checking your Shopify admin home for any messages or warnings related to your Shopify Payments account that may require attention. It's possible that pending transactions could be due to the need for verification documents to be submitted.
