Dear Shopify I got payment from my verified customers and they are my known customers, they bought products from my store and Shopify hold my payout for 120 days, I can't run my business without any single funds and how can I fulfill customers orders they trusted me and when I got these orders I issues cheque to my vendors to fulfill the orders and after 2 days they will present my cheque in bank and my cheque will return because of no funds and I will face legal issues with the vendors and for future I will not have relationship with the trusted vendors and with customers.
I am taking all guarantee for charge back because they are my known customers and I have long relation with customers.
I request Shopify to release my payment

Wow they are doing the same thing to me right now. I have never had a customer complaint or charge back in the 2 years my store has been using this service. They cut me off and are holding $7000 of my money and no one cares! Sounds like the banking partners are actually running the show....shame
