Why is my payout constantly on hold on my e-commerce platform?

My pay-out has been on hold for a long time now and each time I upload a document or what am asked to do within 24hrs to 72hrs the massage it back asking me to upload said document, and am blocked again. I have no idea now what to send in to remove this pay-out block or why its so hard to speak to someone. Can a Shopify store owner let me know how they are getting on with this site please as I feel like there is a lot of things in place to stop you from progressing instead of helping you to succeed and as a small business owner I should be focusing on other things and not worrying about not getting access to pay-outs to stock my business.

With regards to your inquiry, it appears that the hold has not been lifted since the document you are submitting is being rejected by the system. I definitely hear and feel your frustrations about this matter so I will do my best to outline what you need to do to get more assistance.

Once you get a live agent on the line, you can inform them of this issue you are having about your Shopify Payment payouts and they can dig deeper to see why the documents you are submitting is not being accepted.
