Why is my payout on hold and how can I expedite it?

Hello team I'm having issues in my payout it's on hold and I'm in urgent need to process and deliver items which customer order but without payout I can't do anything, I'm loosing trust of customer and I can't run my business this way. 

I contacted support team they are saying only 1 word you have to wait and you can not do anything except wait. Im asking to get connect me with concern department where I can solve my problem. Please.

I understand you're concerned about your payout. The best course of action for this matter is to contact our support team, which I see you've already done. Since you have created a support ticket and you have been advised to wait, it means your ticket has been escalated to the relevant escalated team and you're one step closer to getting the issue investigated or resolved. You can rest assured that the team will get in touch with you as soon as they can.


While I'm unable to advise on the turnaround time of your request to get your payouts released, I understand the need to fulfill your orders as soon as possible and to meet the expectations of your customers. However, it's part of the nature of a business to encounter hiccups, especially shipping hiccups, from time to time. Customers will understand this as long as you're proactive and timely about informing them about the shipping delay.
