Why is my payout status showing 0,00kr when I've earned 4 100,01kr?

Why does it say next payout 0,00kr when I have earnt 4 100,01kr? I have not gotten any money in to my bank account and when I check the payout date for the orders it is completely empty and payout status says pending, When do I get my money?

A pending payout status means Shopify has started processing the payout, but it needs more time to complete. This can happen for various reasons like bank verification or payment method processing. In order for us to take a closer look, we’ll need to access your account. In order to access our live support, you can ask the Virtual Shopify Assistant to contact support. From there, it'll guide you with your next steps on how to connect with a team member.
