Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We opened our shop last month. We are selling to the US and EU, but the bank account is a US one and our payout currency is in USD. Although we have shipped the orders, the payment status still says pending and has done for weeks, we cannot seem to change it. How do we solve this issue?

I'd definitely recommend speaking with our Support team directly so we can authenticate you and take a closer look into this.
Clicking Transactions on the Payouts page lists all transactions associated with all of your payouts. You should be able to open the individual payouts and view any messaging from Shopify. It could be that positive order funds are being used to cover a negative balance on the account depending on where you're located. Ultimately we’ll need to authenticate you and access your account in order to look into this issue.
