Why is my payout status still pending on my payment method?

  • Hello.

I need assistance. I am using shopify payment method and have been having a payment that is on pending since February. I’ve gotten 2 sales today and needing to send them out asap. Is there anything I can do? If I register to a 3rd party provider will I be able to revive them? How can I do this

Considering that it is now April, having payouts pending from February is interesting! I recommend that you reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our AI Assistant. They'll be able to get you authenticated, and dive into your Shopify Account in more detail than we can here so they can help ensure that these payouts get delivered to you as expected.
