Why is my payout status still pending?

Hi ,

I got my first order on 20th march and received by customer on 27th march . But my payout status still pending

did you ever get your payout? mine has been pending for over a month

If you're using Shopify Payments, then your payouts should be getting delivered to you based on the payout schedule you set within 'Settings > Payments'. If you find that you have payouts that aren't following the schedule, but should be, reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our AI Assistant so you can get connected with an advisor so they can investigate, as we're unable to authenticate users here in the Community, so we can't access accounts ourselves.

If you're using a third party gateway, and are wondering about payouts coming from that payment gateway, it would be best to connect with them directly for more information.

It is all through Shopify. And the terrible customer support continues... I'm going on 10 days with an escalated support ticket and no response. ALL Shopify staff says the same copy and paste answer. They are withholding funds for zero reason and don't care the slightest bit about it. Shopify claims to be the company to help small business, How can small businesses support payroll when they can't get their money from their sales..??
