Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
hi,
my payment is still in pending for almost a month now, do I need to do anything to get the payout, i have set the payment to everyday and the order has been fulfilled

thanks for the reply, I will try to find the support page as you mentioned and I dont think I see the banner.
Did you ever get a resolution? I have the same problem , payouts on hold and the chat support is honestly useless. Asking me to be patient with no inside info on what is actually happening?
Im having the same issue and what you suggested doesnt help , can you actually help me get my money as the clients already received the items and im basically losing money if i dont get my money out of the pending payouts

Hi, I am having the same problem. I’m the payments section of my settings, it says under payout status « pending » What should I do? I don’t want to send out my
Products until I get paid.

Shopify are so useless honestly. no contact number as well. the support chat is really and truly with an ai bot i belive

Thanks for joining this discussion, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having a frustrating experience. If you use our virtual chat, you should be able to be routed to a live support advisor.
You need to enter a question into the virtual assistant chat box and follow the prompts given by the virtual Help Center assistant in order to access our live chat support.

hi, did you ever figure this out? my payments still say pending and have it setup to be paid every business day and still not have been paid.

If you have updated your payout schedule to be paid every business day and still see that you payouts are displaying with a pending status. We will need to take a further look into your store set up to advise next steps. In this case, you will need to speak with our live support by navigating to the Help Center.

Have you sorted it? Mine just say payouts on hold, and AI chat support is useless, even after escalation.. still no answers
Oh, that's def not an option for me. I have switched my payments back to EWAY like I have done for the past 6 years. And will contact the ACCC authorities here in Australia.
