Why is my payout still pending on Singh Essentials?

 I am writing to inquire about the status of my recent orders on my Shopify store, Singh Essentials. I have noticed that these orders are currently marked as "Pending Payout," and I would appreciate some clarification on this matter. It's been a couple days and the status still has not changed. I need money going into my account to run my business. I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
