Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
So I try to activate Paypal Express Checkout and it says No account connected when I try to activate it, it says there is no page at this address

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the error message you are seeing, that is very helpful! By any chance, could you attempt t clear the cache on your browser and try this action again? In some cases, clearing the cache can fix minor issues that some merchants experience in the admin.
If the issue persists, I would suggest trying a separate browser. As for example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.
