Why is my product still unshippable despite applying all suggested fixes?

I have seen the same issue on countless other threads and employed every fix suggested, but I always end up with the same error. I have another store and even mimicked the shipping settings exactly (except for pricing of shipping) and while it works fine on my first store, this store remains unable to get a product to appear shippable. I've cleared the cache so many times, I have a straight string of "logged in from new device" emails from Shopify.

1) this is a US-based and US-only shipping store (nature of product, can only ship domestically), so US is only shipping zone

2) UPS Ground-using own account

3) Product is set to tax-exempt

I appreciate all of the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since you have mimicked the shipping settings on your other store and weren't able to replicate the issue there, I'm wondering if the issue is with the product settings instead.


Is the product set to track inventory? The Shipping not available error can sometimes appear when a product is sold out. If inventory is sufficient or not tracked, please contact our team via the Shopify Help Center so we can take a look into the product and shipping settings with you.
