Sir/mam i already trying from last 3 to 7 days but you are not accepting my proof of address / bank of statement and not giving me what is the reason please inform me what is wrong in my bank of statement why you are not accepting it so i can solve it

hi i already contacted with your live chat and its my 7th day but live chat just saying that over team will email you but it's already 5th to 7th day and i am waiting for there when I contact with your live chat they just say the same thing over team will contact you when they will contact me it's already 7th day
