Why is my refunded order taking longer than usual to process?

My order has been refunded and it’s been more than 10 business days (18 days from today) and my bank still haven’t received my funds. My bank said I have to contact the seller and the seller said it’s been processed. Where is my funds and why is it taking long? My orders has been refunded before and it usually took less than 3 days to reflect on my bank account.
