Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have added shipping zones to my shop for different weight conditions
the items i'm having problems with weight 100g but they always calculate as for the shipping zone of 110g
All the zones are under my general shipping rates profile, and all products are asigned to this profile
please see the attached image
how can I fix this to calculate for the lower weight zone at the checkout ?
thank you for your help
An order of 100g should adhere to the initial shipping rule, which is set for a range of 0-100g. It will never meet the criteria for the 110-240g rule.
One potential explanation is that the default package weight might be included.
Additionally, I suggest configuring the shipping rule without any gaps in the range. With the current arrangement, no shipping cost will be provided for orders weighing between 101g and 109g.
Thank you for your repply!
I did fill the gaps as you suggested and changed the default package weight, but it still doesnt work.
The product weights 80g and still adgeres to the second 100.1-250g rule!
Can this be a bug?
I cant find any solution to this problem
No matter what I do products under 100g are consistently failing to meet the criteria of my 0-100g shipping rule, significantly affecting sales. Customers find the shipping costs too high for lighter items.
Please help !
