Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I keep receiving a shipping error on shipping - not a notice, but an error in billing.
I'm testing my first product listing. If I order 1 product, the cost to ship is $4.90. But if I order 2-4 of that same product, the cost to ship is still $4.90. And if I order 5 units, it says shipping is free.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the shipping settings in your Shopify store that's causing the billing error. Check the shipping settings in your Shopify store to ensure that they are set up correctly. Verify the weight, dimensions, and shipping rates for your products, and make sure that you have set up the shipping zones correctly. Also, make sure that you have entered the correct billing information, including the billing address and payment details. Check that the credit card information is accurate and that it matches the billing address.
Additionally, clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure that you are not seeing outdated information, and also try placing the order in incognito mode or using a different browser to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the issue is related to your browser or store settings.

I have the basic plan, so my options on shipping are very limited. I cleared my cache and it still gave a "special shopify rate" of FREE on 5 orders.
Do I need to create a custom shipping package and rate?
