Why is my Shopify balance account temporarily locked?

I have recently faced issues with my shopify balance account where it says that it's temporary locked for no reason.

I have contacted support multiple times with absolutely no solution offered!!!!

They just kept on saying the same this that the case will be escalated to the internal team and then i don't hear nothing afterward. 

 

This is ridiculous

I will let you know that I can not access account information through our community forum due to our security measures in place but I can have our team look into your ticket if you can provide a ticket ID from your support interaction.

They are doing the same exact thing to me, the chat is pointless. They say they will escalate the case and then nobody ever emails you and the issue gets ignored. They have by far the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced on any website platform. How do they have a Shopify balance bank account but nobody to call when you’re experiencing issues that’s crazy. We have to chat with Bots instead,

and our problems never get resolved. I’m really upset because I have money in my Shopify balance account that they won’t let me access or transfer to an external account, Nor will they close the bank account. This is ridiculous i’m super close to making a police support because this is stealing at this point.

All the fees that Shopify charges is crazy and nobody to help you when you’re experiencing issues by far the worst. I don’t recommend anyone opening a store with them. Their customer service is terrible. 0/10.
As big as their platform is, they don’t have a phone number you can call when your experiencing issues , instead we have to chat with BOTS that never get to the bottom or solve any of our issues. This is very inconsiderate and very cheap of them shall I say. SHAME ON SHOPIFY
