Why is my Shopify billing payment failing despite card change?

I am having an issue with Billing Payment, Shopify is deducting payments from my account, and I am on a 1dollar period, I have changed my payment card so I can proceed with it, But it is still showing Your store will be frozen sooWhatsApp Image 2023-12-20 at 13.41.54_ef532a15.jpgn, Your Payment is failing, How can I get it solved.
