Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, i am running a travel agency and use Shopify to build up my company's website. I have built up the website for two years with no problem, obviously, there is no booking from the website at all due to the pandemic. This May my business started to pick up, however, due to the business nature I don't need to ship any products, it only travels reservation services. The Shopify payment was blocked after reviewing the shipping and payment status. I totally don't understand and they mentioned I broke section B.5 of the service term. Is there anyone who could help to answer what the problem is? Is the Shopify payment not support the business in the service industry?
