Why is my Shopify Payment still on hold after one month?

Hi

 

I setup my Shopify Payment entry wrong bank account name, and some payments cant transfer to my business bank.

 

I try to contact Shopify Support few times. They just answer me to wait. Over 1 month, still waiting and no any progress.

 

Please help me how to slove my urgent problem?

Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that you've had this issue. I know it can be frustrating waiting for your payouts to arrive as expected.

 

Unfortunately, this is not something I can help you with directly as you cannot be authenticated via the Shopify Community and without authentication, I am not able to check on the status of your Shopify Payments account. I would recommend contacting our support team again and asking them for an update; they will either be able to escalate your ticket to our Payments team for review, or check on the status of your ticket if it has already been escalated. If it's the latter, it can sometimes take some time for these situations to be resolved, but you will be contacted over email as soon as their is new information to share.
