Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
We tried to set up Shopify Payment on our store.
No answer was given to us on why our documents were refused multiple times .
Two weeks ago, we contacted the support by e-mail. They said they would get back to us. They didn't so we replied twice to their emails. Still no effective reply, except to say that the priority of our ticket went up although we did not receive any solution or answer to our problem.
Our store generates some income, and now we haven't received our money for two weeks! It's an extremely complicated situation, because we have suppliers and people to pay.
Now Shopify Payment is suspended from our store so we can no longer receive payment by card ! It's even worse. We need this situation resolved quickly.
Support doesn't respond quickly enough by e-mail so I hope someone can help us here.-
