Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi! I have messages, that my Shopify Payments account is on hold, but I send all documents and connected my Bank Acc.

Thank you for getting in touch. How long ago did you first see this message? Are you just seeing a banner in the Shopify admin, or did you also receive an email from our team about this?
Sometimes merchants may see a temporary hold placed on their Shopify Payments payouts while requested documentation is being reviewed. If all of the requested documentation is provided in a timely basis and if everything is in order, the hold on your payouts should then be lifted.
If you have only just been asked to provide these documentations and have only recently uploaded them, I would recommend waiting a few days for this process to complete. You can contact our support team directly if you'd like an update on the status of your account, although you should receive an email from our team once the review is completed.
