Why is my Shopify payments suspended and how can I resolve it?

Hi,

 

i tried in my eshop shopify payments and old stripe is missing. I read all info and understand that now i can use only shopify payments. But now its showing me that shopify payments is suspended.

my ads running but i cant sell. Thats very bad situation now. I need to resolve this please.

With regards to Shopify Payments being on hold/suspended, we always refer you to the red banner within your admin as it should provide an explanation as to why as well as the next steps to possibly resolve it. 

 

If you are not seeing this, I recommend you look through your email for any direct correspondence from our billing team informing you of the suspension and the reasons for it. You can then reply to that thread to provide whatever it is they are asking as well any further clarifications on the matter.

 

If you are also not seeing any messages within your inbox, then I recommend you reach out to our live support team. Once they verify your credentials, they will be able to look at the back end of your account and dig further into the matter. They can also communicate with the billing team and inquire further as well.

Hi Moira,

 

i was in comunication in live support twice. They told me that higher team trying to resolve it but still nothing happen. Many days i cant receive money and losing money , because clients cant order. 
iam really upset about this situation.
