Is it just me or is it when attempting to get ahold of a live customer service agent with Shopify the website link seems to always be down.
I was notified two weeks ago that my Shopify payout was being held got in contact with Shopify sent in all necessary documents and I am still waiting to find out what's going on with my accounts and now I'm starting to see charge backs because I'm unable to get the answers that I need. Is this same thing going on with anyone else?
