Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I am having a few customers saying that my store isn't shipping to their states, but on my end, those states are checked in my shipping zone. I need help, please. Attached you will find a picture a customer sent

Can you please confirm if you have the product in stock for those states? Also, the shipping rates are set up correctly under the shipping zones?
