Why is my store pick up option unavailable for certain items?

Have a collection running right now. We offer store pick up and shipping with every order. Some pieces in the collection are working fine. Other pieces - are not giving the pick up option. Says there is not a pick up option. I've never had this happen before. Any ideas? Please advise!
