Why is my store's checkout process not working?

Hi I've launched my store a few days ago and just tried to place a test order to make sure customers can check out as I noticed there was a lot of abandoned cart activity. When checking out I received a message saying that "there was an issue processing your payment" so I tried a different card and got the same message. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hi there, @mecome.

I have a guide here about how to set up checkouts to ensure they are up and running correctly for test payments. 

If you are certain you have followed all of these steps correctly but still keep getting this error - I am wondering if you are meeting the minimum checkout amount? Some people try to check out something for 0.01c as a test but the amount is too low. Try checking out something for a minumum of $2.00 and see if this then works - let me know!
