Why is my store's payment system showing an error message?

I have recently just opened my store i was wondering why I was not getting orders until someone reached out to me to let me know there is a error message 

 

Then I tried to buy something myself and the same error message is coming up “ your payment details couldn’t be verified. Check your card details and try again.”

 

i have Shopify pay

 

can someone help

Hello, where do I go to find the ticket I just see articles

@AsiaLove When you get to the Help Center, you can chat with the AI assistant to create a support ticket and let it know you need to speak with a support advisor about your concern. It will then connect you with one of our support advisors. The AI assistant is found on the right-side of the page if you're on a desktop, as seen in this photo. If you're using your phone, you can find it at the bottom of the page.
