I'm getting this error message when doing a checkout on my shopify store. I'm using a third party payment gateway. All connection with API key and Shopify token is good and active.

I appreciate the context and that you have included a screenshot for us to take a look at. You can review your abandoned orders by navigating to Orders > Abandoned Orders and selecting an order. This will allow you to View payment events from an abandoned checkout, which may provide you with additional details on why the payment cannot be successful.


Since I cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I cannot look into the checkout specifics. That said, I suggest you reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to verify you as the store owner securely.


Once you successfully log in or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the checkout issue.
