Why is my transaction payout date not appearing on Shopify payments?

Hello everyone. Faced with such a problem, my money for transactions is stuck and they are not being payout from Shopify payments, I have already contacted support several times with this problem and they did not help me in any way. They say they will consider my case, but more than a week has passed since the first appeal and no information at all, I wrote there, more than a day of ignoring. I do not know what to do and how to continue working if I do not withdraw funds. Shopify payments is configured correctly, Authentication methods is also enabled. What is the matter is not clear

Thank you for sharing the details of your experience, and I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your payout yet. 

 

One thing I recommend is clicking the bell icon at the top of your admin to see if there are any outstanding requests in order to complete your Shopify Payments account. That is a common cause of delays in payouts, so it's worth checking that there's nothing else you need to upload. 

 

If there aren't any outstanding requests, you will need to wait for our team to respond. I understand that it's frustrating to have to wait for more information, but rest assured if your ticket was escalated, you will receive a response. Queues have been larger than normal, but our team is working to respond to all tickets as soon as possible.

No, there is nothing related to this in the notifications.

Some of my requests for support simply do not receive any response for more than a week. When I wrote to them and asked how things were going with my problem, I also received nothing. Why is that? It turns out that I can't start working and it delays me a lot.

useless reply. they never recontact. i had the same issue and never heard from them again. This is so unfair man
