Why is my UPS shipment not working on my eCommerce platform?

I've been getting the following error message when I try to print my UPS orders

"There is an issue with this UPS account. Please contact shipping-ups@shopify.com for assistance."

Can somebody help me fix this? Currently have pending orders that need to be shipped via UPS

This is Finley from the Social Care team at Shopify. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your UPS account.

Have you already emailed shipping-ups@shopify.com? If so, that would send a ticket directly to our Shipping team so they can help you get this resolved.

If you haven't yet sent an email, I'm happy to send a ticket on your behalf. In that case, would you please respond to the email I sent to your Shopify Community email address? I've requested that you share your .myshopify.com URL and an example of an order where you see this error.
