Why is one customer unable to process order from the invoice link?

Hi good day, we received an email from one of our customer that she tried to process an order on our store #D5436 but whenever shes trying to click the link from the invoice itself she mentioned that she's only getting a while blank page from the link itself and cant proceed with the order or checkout for payments anymore.

 

Checking on the orders tab I never found any order for #D5436 even on the abandoned orders but it was sent to the customers email upon checking on the comment from the customers details.

I'm just confused most of the customers are getting they orders correctly but she's the only one who's having that issue.
