Why is only one shipping option showing at checkout?

I offer several options for shipping through USPS, however only priority is popping up upon checkout. I tried switching over to UPS thinking the issue might be with USPS, but it does the same thing. It only offers one option when I have added several in the shipping rates. Can anyone please help me??
