Why is Paypal Payflow Pro preventing purchases in my store?

Hello, no one can buy in my store knowing that I use Paypal payflow pro. What is the reason? I hope to respond as soon as possible please. Thank you.

Have you reached out to PayPal directly yet? I would definitely recommend reaching out to PayPal as a first step due to this being a third-party gateway so PayPal have their own support team who can help with this!
