Why is PayPal rejecting automatic payments on my website?

Hi there,

The recent conversion rate dropped down like crazy so I went to search for the issue. When l clicked open the Paypal payment, it said it was activated but automatic payment is rejected by Paypal. And customers can't use Paypal Express checkout to pay for subscriptions, delayed purchases ( if I'm not mistaken), and after-sale products. And I was thinking it could be a reason to explain. Have anyone has encountered this issue? Or is that normal?
