Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am having an issues that came to light today. I was not having any issues until today.
I have been alerted by one of my customers that they are only being allowed to select Priority mail options for delivery. I made no changes to my shipping options. I have first class, First class package and Priority Mail options.
Why is this happening. I have lost sales because of it
Hi @Terri-P
Depending upon settings of different shipping profiles with some rules or if you're using third party shipping carriers then you have to check the conditions according to weight or the limitations you may had on shipping profiles.
For ex. a product weighs 6kg and priority mail should appear when the cart should exceed 5.001kg. Now, the product weighs 6kg and the rule set is for above 5.001kg. So, in this case all other shipping will be hidden on checkout except priority mail.
These are just assumption from my side that may be reason on your store shipping end.
Just check these areas to find the issue then you can fix that easily.
If you found any trouble, do share with us so we can share our points to fix the issue.
Thanks
I have made no changes. I was able to choose from first class package or Priority mail prior to this.
This option is no longer coming up as a selection.. wt is not even 1 pound so you explanation is not helpful.
Hi @Terri-P,
The issue may be due to the locations to which you are shipping. Some of the services work based on the shipping location. You can check that along with the weight of your products.
It's going to a City in New York-- Utica. Your explanation does not make sense.
@Terri-P, since you are saying there are no changes made, it might be a technical issue and it is better to directly contact Shopify support. You can contact them here: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat
