Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
We are currently having an issue (for the last 4 days) where Shopify is blocking postcodes and not allowing customers to fulfil their orders. These postcodes are not blocked, and never have been. Shopify are unable to replicate the issue however we are inundated with emails from customers saying they are unable to go further with their order due to a message which says 'We do not ship to your postcode, contact the store'. Does anyone else have the same issue/know how to solve it?
Hello @siobhanmichael !
Delete that post code in your shipping zones and added it again
Delete a zone
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
Next to the shipping profile where you want to delete a zone, click Manage rates.
Next to the zone that you want to delete, click the ... button.
In the drop-down menu, click Delete.
Click Save
Add a shipping zone
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
Next to the shipping profile where you want to add a shipping zone, click Manage rates.
Next to the group of locations where you want to add a shipping zone, click Create shipping zone.
Enter a name for the shipping zone.
Select the countries and regions that you want to be in the zone.
Click Done.
Add any rates that you want for the zone, and then click Save
Hope this helps!
Thanks,

Hello,
Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately this is happening with multiple postcodes (around 50 reports so far) so it seems to be a different issue.
