Why is shopify only depositing some sales and not all into my bank account

I have nine out of thirteen sales from November 01, 2022 to November 30, 2023 that were fulfilled and marked as paid by shopify but my bank statements only show four of the thirteen sales were deposited into my account. Who can help me get the money I have earned, that was paid to shopify but not deposited into my bank.

I have the same problem, it literally shows I earned 7$k this product drop but I noticed I didn’t have anywhere near that amount in my Shopify balance so I check my “ finances “ tab and it says 5k has entered my account this month, which is nowhere near 7k lol. Check my payouts I have none pending and no money other than about 3 orders processed w a third party like PayPal. So it’s like… where is my money?! Waiting on the them to let me know it’s been escalated but they have no idea when they will get back to me could be well over a week
