Why is Shopify payment asking for business verification when I'm an individual?

Hello shopify team,
I live in the USA. I launched my store and set up shopify payment, they accepted the fact that I am an individual and gave my ssn. But when I receive my payment, they ask me for verification documents, among which Proof of business association. I have seen all over the shopify site that if you are not a company you don't have an EIN, you can choose Individual and give your SSN. But I provided it and it didn't work. What should I do please?
I spent money on the store and ads and now I can't get my payment.

Thank you for getting in touch. Our payments team do often require merchants to provide additional documents as part of our verification process, which seems to be what has happened here. If you have received an email from our team, please reply to their email directly if you are unable to provide the requested documents or if you have any other questions. They will be able to advise on what the next steps are in order for the hold on your payouts to be released.

If you have not heard from our team about this, please contact our support team directly so they can authenticate you on the store and send your ticket to our payments team for review.
