Why is Stripe not showing as active on my Shopify account?

I added Stripe on Shopify but it doesn’t show as Active and it says that they charge 0%… but when I go to my stripe account it tells me it is connected. What is wrong?

You mentioned that you've activated Stripe however, it's not showing as Active. Stripe payment gateway will only show as available in countries where Shopify Payments is not supported. You can check our Online Payment Gateway resource to check if Stripe is available in your country/region.  


Once you've checked our online payment gateway resource, I recommend reaching out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center to look into making Stripe available for your store. Once Stripe is enabled, Shopify Payments will become unavailable.


In regards to Stripe's fees, they offer pay-as-you-go pricing, based on the payments you process. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden fees. You can find more information on Stripes Pricing Fees resource.
