Hi there - new store and we had our first online order yesterday and everything processed fine, including payment and deposits into our account. Today, we had another order but when I looked at it, it said test mode was on. How did that happen?When I look at the timeline, it shows that the customer's card was processed and they were sent the appropriate confirmation emails/texts. So on the customer's end, they completed their purchase, but on our end, we have a place order with no funds to cover it. I'm likely to have to eat this cost, as I don't want a bad customer experience.I turned the test order off again, but now I'm concerned this may happen again. Help?
