Why is the cash on delivery option not showing at checkout?

We trying to place the order on COD but cash on delivery option not showing in checkout page.Kindly help how to do that.

Hi @FS7,

I do not think there is an option for the customer to do a cash on delivery checkout. However, you can create a draft order and send it to your customer. Once paid, you can "mark paid"

From your admin page, go to Orders > Draft. Assign this to a certain customer. You can also add notes in this order
