Why is the DHL Duty and Tax Calculator not functioning properly?

Hey guys,

i use the following app, because it was recommended by DHL.

We are located in Germany, want to ship to Switzerland, therefore it's necessary for the customer to help to calculate the import/vat costs during check-out.

We added shipping rates in the app, hs codes, country of origin, the country to which it should exclusively sent.

All settings in Shopify, activated market, the pricing and tax calculation activated.

But it's not working,the following error appears:

This order cannot be shipped to the address you provided. Check your address to make sure all fields are entered correctly and try again.

Anyone had this problem?
