Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

I would appreciate some advice. I have an integration between Shopify and Cin7 Core (DEAR). Our orders are fulfilled in Cin7 Core and carrier tracking info is added. Shopify is then automatically populated with the tracking info.
I can't work out why the carrier tracking number that's sent to Shopify is correct but the link is sending you to the wrong carrier. The carrier in this instance is ARAMEX, which is listed in Shopify's carrier list. This is also the carrier entered into Cin7 Core. The link is sending you to Startrack, which is also on Shopify's list of carriers.
