Why is there an unexplained refund in my payouts?

I checked my payouts and can see a refund for but it doesn’t explain what it is for.

I had a customer order and the payout amount if the amount left over from her payment minus the refund. I no idea what it is for, can anyone help?

I have spoken with the customer, who is a friend, and she said that she didn’t do a chargeback or request a refund. Again I have had no requests for a refund it has just appeared.

when I check her order there is no refund there so I have no idea where this has gone because there is nothing showing up with her bank. HELP!
