Why is UPS not picking up all my packages?

I tried using Shopify's UPS pickups but it doesn't send the correct quantity of packages (or even let you select) how many are to be picked up. According to Shopify, UPS is supposed to pick up all of them. However, that doesn't seem to be the case. Every time the driver comes, he gets annoyed that the number he has is different. UPS has no idea what I am talking about and Shopify insists UPS should pick all of them. 

 

Anyone else dealing with this? Any solutions?

I can understand your concern. You can try to contact UPS, however since you are using Shopify Shipping, it might not be fruitful. It is better to contact Shopify to resolve this.
