Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi @navyspeed
My understanding is it means the maximum lbs you can have to use UPS Ground. To check this theory, please try another product, if the 99 lbs is still the same, then my theory is true
For other lighter products like this one below we are having the same issues. Instead though this product is 10lbs and it shows 53lbs on the abandoned checkout. The concern is the shipping weight is not be correctly calculated causing increase pricing which affects the client and causing customers to not complete the checkout process.
That is weird. Have you check your shipping information? It seems like the more lighter the price is getting higher.
Looks like they set the default package weight to 49lbs on the box. Thanks.
No worries. Glad to help
