Why isn't cash on delivery showing as a payment option?

I have made all the changes required for cash on deliver. From installing a "advanced cash on delivery app" to creating COD rates and creating a manual payment option. But at the time of payment I'm unable to see COD as option ( Screenshot Attached ). I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. Hope anyone will be able to help me.
